Plantain Weed - Benefits and Uses
Plantago major, also referred to as plantain weed, is a widespread broadleaf weed that may be found growing all over the world. It is a member of the Plantaginaceae family and was first discovered in Europe. It has since spread around the world, including North America. The leaves of plantain weed are grouped in a basal rosette that is close to the ground, and it grows in a rosette-like fashion. The large, rounded leaves have distinct parallel veins.
